Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to New Vision LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our consulting services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services Offered

New Vision LLC provides consulting services for content creators and infoproduct entrepreneurs, including but not limited to Content Strategy & Planning, Infoproduct Launch & Marketing, and Creator Brand Development. The specific scope of work for each service will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, materials, and feedback necessary for the successful completion of the services. Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may impact project timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information, data, or other proprietary materials obtained during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the services.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for them under a Service Agreement. New Vision LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, experience, and tools developed during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Vision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within a specified period. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA.

11. Amendments

New Vision LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
